Episode 250: A Buzzing milestone for our relentlessly positive podcast

Darren Weale and Zeenat Noorani meet up at the Newman Flexible Workspace to record the historic 250th episode of the Bromley Buzz podcast. The podcast was named by Sarah Marsh-Collings from when we started with a pilot episode recorded in the Start Up Bromley facilities at Bromley Central Library on 4th August 2021.

Episode 245: Brydon Duncan - human connection is our only wealth

Zeenat Noorani talks with Brydon Duncan, Bromley-grown athlete and mental health advocate. Having been to Langley Park School For Boys, Brydon recently returned to the school to premiere his documentary film, Breaking The Circle, which was attended by the Mayor of Bromley, Cllr Jonathan Andrews. Brydon talks about his 'second home', Blackheath and Bromley Harriers, and how he hopes to be influential in helping to reduce the male suicide rate, alongside progressing his athletics career.
