Having been to Langley Park School For Boys, Brydon recently returned to the school to premiere his documentary film, Breaking The Circle, which was attended by the Mayor of Bromley, Cllr Jonathan Andrews. Brydon talks about his 'second home', Blackheath and Bromley Harriers, and how he hopes to be influential in helping to reduce the male suicide rate, alongside progressing his athletics career.
