Darren Weale interviews Dermot McKibbin, Chair of Bromley Community Land Trust, part of the Community Land Trust Network. This is a new organisation in the borough, but part of a wider initiative that has helped residents in other locations to find new homes. Dermot is also a member of South East London Community Energy, an organisation helping the community to access green energy, which we have previously featured on the Bromley Buzz podcast.
